Knowledgeable and driven, Debbie Lancaster makes a valuable addition to our team. Her passion for the mortgage industry began in early 2020, when she started working for Gary Prudler and learned the ins and outs of the business straight from the best.

With a background education and experience in law, strong analytical skills and attention to detail, Debbie quickly became familiar with the mortgage process and the wide variety of loan programs available to borrowers today.

Before moving to California, Debbie received legal training from the Brazilian University Instituição Toledo de Ensino (ITE) and graduated from law school in 2016, becoming a licensed attorney in Brazil in 2017. After a few years of practice in Brazil, Debbie decided to pursue a career abroad.

In Sacramento, Debbie attended McGeorge School of Law and graduated with a master’s degree in U.S. Law and Policy (LL.M.) in 2023, when she became part of our legal & compliance team.

Today, Debbie focuses on getting her clients the best deal possible to fit their needs and investment goals, offering competitive rates and low closing costs in a variety of loan programs (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, HELOCs, and more).

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband David and their dog George. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, playing the piano and reading a good book.
