Having kept a business model shaped around this philosophy in mind, Gary Prudler and Jason Wickham, founded California Capital Mortgage Company, a company that takes the monotony out of the home loan process and streamlines it to help make virtually every homebuyers dreams a reality; by offering better rates and lower costs than competitors and patiently guiding clients every step of the way.

Born and raised in Sacramento, Gary is a well-known veteran in the mortgage business, with over 15 years of experience under his belt. He began his professional career as a Jr. Loan Officer for a small Mortgage company while attending Brigham Young University in Utah. At the time, Gary's role in the company was to help guide clients through the loan process and offer lower rates to make their first choice for a home, more obtainable. It was here that he quickly learned the ins and outs of the mortgage business, gaining newfound knowledge from every transaction he helped process.

After obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Marketing from BYU in 2004, Gary returned to his home town in California where he went on to become a Wholesale Mortgage Executive for four years. During which time he collaborated with over 50 different companies within the industry before ultimately obtaining his broker's license.

In 2008, Gary and Jason Wickham founded California Capital Mortgage Company, now located just down the street from Gary's old high school, Jesuit. The business has since been built from the ground up, thriving on referrals and collaborations with other top companies in the industry alone. In his spare time, Gary enjoys hunting, traveling, and spending time with his three kids, Hailey, Brett, and Landon.

Gary specializes in first time homebuyers, complex borrowers, new home finances, as well as no closing cost refinances.
